Our online store www.lovebylola.com is the only place where you can buy our unique LOLAs.
1-3 working days within Sweden and a shipping fee for a safe and trackable delivery of 40 SEK (€ 4) will be added to orders within Sweden.
5-8 working days for worldwide shipping A shipping fee for a safe and trackable delivery of 130 SEK (about € 13) will be added to orders outside Sweden. For countries outside EU, local taxes and fees can be added, these will be paid by the customer.
We love our luxury, shiny colors and unique lace, but our LOLA requires a little extra care.
Please rinse in cold water after contact with salt water, chlorine, body oils, dirt or sand. We recommend that our LOLAs are washed and dried separately.
Special advice for our Blue, Purple and Pink (not New Pink) LOLAs
After bathing in chlorinated or salted water these three colors may color in contact with other garments, so please let your LOLA dry before contact with other garments.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to make a return or exchange we need to receive your LOLA(s) within 14 days from the date we sent it from our warehouse in Sweden.
Feel free to keep the only pieces you want and return full set or just the top or bottom in its original condition, i.e. unused, all tags and hygienic seal should be in its place and it should be put in its LOLA mini bag, if thats included with your parcel. Kindly fill in the “Return Label” that you received with your parcel so we know it comes from you and can make a successful and fast return for you.
The cost for returns is not covered by LOVE BY LOLA
Refunds outside Sweden will be issued excluding shipping cost.
If you wish to change size, design or color of your LOLA(s) (top and/or bottom), kindly fill in the “Return Label” that you received with your parcel so we know it comes from you and what you want instead to make a successful and fast exchange for you.
The cost for exchanges is not covered by LOVE BY LOLA.
Please note that we are unable to be held liable for any loss of your LOLA being sent to us. We recommend that you use a postal service that gives you possibility to keep record of the tracking details.
