RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to make a return or exchange we need to receive your LOLA(s) within 14 days from the date we sent it from our warehouse in Sweden.
Returns
Only full sets can be returned (top and bottom) and it has to be in original condition, i.e. unused, all tags and hygienic seal should be in its place and it should be put in its LOLA mini bag. Before returning your LOLA please contact our customer service at order@lovebylola.com and we will give you all information you need for your return.
The cost for returns is not covered by LOVE BY LOLA
Refunds outside Sweden will be issued excluding shipping cost.
Exchanges
If you wish to change size, design or color of your LOLA(s) (top and/or bottom), please contact our customer service order@lovebylola.com for further information. The LOLA ( top and/or bottom) has to be in original condition, i.e. unused, all tags and hygienic seal should be in place.
The cost for exchanges is not covered by LOVE BY LOLA.
Please note that we are unable to be held liable for any loss of your LOLA being sent to us. We recommend that you use a postal service that gives you possibility to keep record of the tracking details.
Complaints
We hope this will not happen, but If you should have complaints on your LOLA(s), please contact our customer order@lovebylola.com and we will assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible!
