LOVE BY LOLA’s partners PAYSON and PayPal handle the purchase transaction on the Website and LOVE BY LOLA is therefore not processing any payment data at the time of the purchase. PAYSON and PayPal is responsible for the payment transaction and that such transaction is encrypted and supports 3D-secure. PAYSON and PayPal always control that the Customer’s bank card is valid and has coverage for the purchase amount. In the event that there is not coverage for the purchase amount, LOVE BY LOLA has the right to refuse the card purchase and PAYSON respectively PayPal will then deny the transaction.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
LOVE BY LOLA delivers all goods that are ordered on the website through the distributor Posten Sverige AB. LOVE BY LOLA’s ambition is to deliver the goods to the Customer within 1-3 working days to a shipping address within Sweden and 1-10 working days to shipping addresses international. The order will be delivered once the purchase and order is completed.
If goods are damaged or lost during the delivery to the Customer, LOVE BY LOLA is responsible for such loss. The Customer must notify LOVE BY LOLA ‘s customer service within a reasonable time (within 1 month) from the purchase date by sending an e -mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the goods are damaged or lost when the Customer returns them to LOVE BY LOLA, the Customer is responsible for the loss.
Shipping costs will be added for all deliveries.
The shipping fee within Sweden is 40 SEK (40 EUR) .The shipping fee for international deliveries is 130 SEK (13EUR).
RETURN OF GOODS
The Customer has a right to return the goods within 14 days after receiving the delivery with effect from the date of the delivery. The Customer uses the right of withdrawal from the purchase agreement by notifying LOVE BY LOLA of such request by sending an e-mail notice to LOVE BY LOLA’s customer service at email@example.com. The Customer will then receive more information by e-mail of how to do a return.
The condition of a withdrawal from the purchase agreement is that the goods ordered and delivered to the Customer have been returned to LOVE BY LOLA’s mail address within 14 days after the delivery date and that the goods are undamaged, i.e. in original packaging , unused, free of stains, all the labels remain, that panty liners are not removed and returned in toiletry bag which the goods are packaged in. As swimwear products are hygienically sensitive products, it is important that the seal between the panty liner and the bottom is unspoiled in order for a return to be accepted.
Any return shipping fee is paid by the Customer. In case of faulty goods, please see section ” Faulty goods” for more information about how to do a complaint.
When LOVE BY LOLA has received the goods that have been returned in accordance with above and such return has been accepted by LOVE BY LOLA, the money which have been paid for the goods will be refunded to the Customer within 14 days. The value of the goods is refunded, minus shipping costs if the delivery has been made to an international shipping address. The money will be refunded to the same bank account that was used for the payment transaction through PAYSON DIREKT. If the Customer would like to replace the goods, please contact Customer service.
In case of faulty goods, i.e. obvious material-, production or shipping damages, the Customer is asked to immediately send a complain to LOVE BY LOLA’s customer service on the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and picture of the damaged goods. For approved complains, LOVE BY LOLA sends a new return label to the Customer by e-mail. LOVE BY LOLA pays for the return costs of approved faulty goods.
OUT OF STOCK
An offer to purchase goods on the Website is time limited and as long as the stock lasts. In case of final sale of goods or miscalculation of the stock, LOVE BY LOLA has the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made by the Customer. In case of such event, the Customer will be contacted by LOVE BY LOLA and the money paid for the goods will be refunded.
DISCOUNT & GIFT CARD
If the Customer has a discount code or a gift card (so called “Coupon code”), it can be used as a payment method on the Website. The amount corresponding to the Coupon code is automatically deducted from the total purchase amount and can cover the entire purchase amount, which will be the Customer’s payment, or cover a small part, which means that the Customer needs to pay the remaining amount of the total sum by PAYSON DIREKT.
LOVE BY LOLA’s Coupon codes cannot be combined with each other and the Customer cannot use two different Coupon codes on one single purchase. A Coupon code cannot be corrected on the purchase amount after the purchase (in retrospect).
If the Customer wants to use the right to withdrawal from the purchase and return fully or partially paid goods where the payment has been made through a gift card, the refund will be that the Customer receives a new gift card containing the amount used for the purchase. If the Customer has partially paid the purchase price of the goods by debit or credit card, the balance (which remains after the gift card amount has been repaid and shipping cost has been deducted from the amount) will be refunded to the same bank account that was used for the payment.
In the event of Force Majeure, e.g. natural disasters, strikes , illness of personnel, transportation disruptions, trade barriers or bans, government decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors, costly events or related similar event that is beyond LOVE BY LOLA ‘s control and whether this event occurs in LOVE BY LOLA’s business or within LOVE BY LOLA’s suppliers, LOVE BY LOLA’s obligations to the Customer is postponed. If the event of Force Majeure is longer than one (1) month, the Customer as well as LOVE BY LOLA, has the right to cancel the purchase and withdraw from the purchase agreement without any obligation to pay damages to the other party. If the purchase agreement is cancelled, the conditions between the parties shall be as if the purchase agreement never occurred (i.e. the customer will be refunded for the amount paid for the goods and LOVE BY LOLA shall recover any goods delivered to the Customer).
CHANGES OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
LOVE BY LOLA may change the terms and conditions. It is therefore recommended that the Customer reads them at the time of each purchase. LOVE BY LOLA is the owner of all intellectual property rights of all pictures, video material, illustrations, logotypes and texts that are available for the reader on the website www.lovebylola.com. A written consent from LOVE BY LOLA is necessary if any other party would like to use such material..
LOVE BY LOLA has no liability for any mistakes in texts or illustrations. Any dispute is referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the European Consumer Centers Network (ECCN).
